The ground floor is occupied with Logie Bairds Bar, which is a popular venue for both locals and visitors, either dining or socialising. The reception area is located to the rear of the bar and guest breakfast is served in the bar balcony. The staircase to the rooms is to the back of the bar through an oak panel door. The rooms are located over three floors, and the hotel has no lift. Each is uniquely decorated to celebrate the life of a famous Scot including the Robert Burns and James Watt executive rooms.
