Smoking Policy Please be aware that the Harbour Apartments operates a strict non-smoking policy. Restricted Mobility Guests with restricted mobility are kindly asked to make us aware of this when booking so an appropriate apartment can be allocated. The Harbour Apartments have a lift. Parking Guests arriving by car benefit from private parking spaces. Shuttle Bus Shuttle bus service in and out of town ensures that you can take advantage of without the stress of parking in the City Centre. Check-in/ Check-out Check in time is from 15:00 onwards Reception is on the ground floor of block C. This is where you check-in and pick up your keys. Check out time is 10:00 Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. There is a fee for this service of £10 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1400 hrs. We do also offer a complimentary luggage storage facility before and after checkout. Please also note that we do not offer parking. Guests can park at one of the near by NCP car parks, which offer a security parking place during your stay with us. All apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING
