Ongoing investment continues to the remainder of the rooms, conference facilities and swimming pool. 107 guest rooms, including 13 suites in the superior Ambassador Wing. Many guest rooms overlook the terraced gardens or Firth or Forth. To date 58 Standard guest rooms have been fully redecorated to a contemporary standard. State of the art on site leisure facilities including Techno gym equipment. Full upgrade of the hotels swimming pool continues and this facility will remain closed until January 2007. The hotel has recently completed the main works of an overall £4.5 million refurbishment programme.
