Apartments are located: On or within 250 metres of the World Famous Royal Mile, the Grassmarket area, New Town, New Western Harbour Development (about 4 km from city centre). No specific location can be guaranteed. Choose to stay with us and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of your own apartment, for the same price as a hotel room. Our friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff will ensure you have everything you need and are on hand to ensure that your stay with us is a fulfilling and memorable one. Whether you are here on business, with the family, here to party with friends or have just come for a romantic city break, we have a variety of properties available all over Edinburgh and will endeavour to cater for your preferred location on request. Families appreciate the true home-away-from-home environment that our apartments offer. The kids can play in the lounge while Mum and Dad rustle up a culinary delight in their fully-equipped kitchen. And once the kids have gone to bed, parents can put their feet up and relax with a bottle of wine and DVD. Large groups find us to be fantastic value, as our larger one-room apartments sleep min 4 people. Groups of friends can take time to cook and eat together before enjoying a few drinks and heading out to party into the wee small hours. Business travellers enjoy the best of both worlds, with the privacy to work from home with access to in-room business facilities (fax, copier, wireless internet etc), as well the space to relax and unwind. We ensure you can enjoy the comfort of a second home in a fantastic central location. Please note that these business facilities are not available in all apartments, but we can offer these services at our head office based in 6 Queen Street. Independent couples who desire a little more privacy and intimacy than a hotel room return time and time again to explore this most magical and enchanting of cities. We have arrangements with local businesses that give our clients free or discounted access to gyms and spas: the perfect way to unwind before or after a night out on the town. We also have arrangements with some top local restaurants which give our guests a discount on their total bill. For the same price as a hotel room, Scottishapartment gives you so much more, allowing you to be free in a beautiful and enchanting city. Check-in/ Check-out: Check in time is from 15:00 onwards. Check-in and key collection for the apartments is at our head office located at: 6 Queen Street, EH2 1JE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY THE LOCATION OF OUR OFFICE AND THAT YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH THE DIRECTIONS AND KEYS TO YOUR APARTMENT. This fantastic facility, which has recently been redecorated, is ideally located right in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre, 550 metres from Edinburgh Bus Station and 800 metres from Waverly Train Station. Guests can take advantage of: secure baggage storage on day of arrival and departure, complimentary refreshments in our honesty bar, complimentary internet facilities and comprehensive tourist information. Check-out time is 10:00. Late check-outs can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. There is a fee for this service of 10 GBP per hour. The latest check-out time is 14:00. We do also offer a complimentary luggage storage facility before and after check-out. Please also note that we do not offer parking. Guests can park at one of the nearby NCP car parks, which offer a secure parking place during your stay with us. All apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING and there can be some noise in apartments located in the city centre. Please note that our apartments are located in historical buildings, and that there is no lift. Due to the layout of the city, guests may be required to climb a number of steps to reach their accommodation. Guests who have mobility problems are kindly asked to inform us of this when booking. From 12 September 2006 our concierge service will no longer be 24 hours but will be open as follows: 07:00 am - 23:00 pm. Top of page
